Why do women say no when you ask them for random sex?

I thought women liked sex? sex is pleasurable right, so why not have sex?

Unless you want to make your man "work" for it. Ie. trade material goods for sex. Ie. you want to be a prostitute.

or you want to make sure they're emotionally invested so afterwards they'll take care of you(bc you obviously are too incompetent to take care of yourself)

Therefore, only independent women who aren't retarded would have random sex.
